a book that i have read recently was a book by the name of Artemis fowl : Atlantis complex.
it is about a young boy who was very smart and had discovered a fairy race living underneath earths crust. he made contact with the fairies in previous books and now is trying to present a project that will help save the earth from global warming. however his fairy friends notice that he is behaving strangely as Artemis has never been so nice. under more investigation, they discovered that Artemis had Atlantis complex. now the fairies must pray that Artemis will break his prison in his mind and help them because they are under attack by an old enemy who want to destroy the underwater city of Atlantis.
i found it to be very exciting because i felt that the author did an excellent job in describing many different scenes and he also changes the point of view in the story by changing characters because they were in different locations and so readers could get a birds eye view of what was going on in the story and what different people were doing at the same time which is really interesting and it makes readers continue to flip the pages of this exciting book.
the book challenged me because of the fact that some parts happen very quickly and so you must read the paragraphs over and over before you can finally make out what happened.i would recommend this book to anyone who likes science fiction and adventure stories because this is a fast paced and technological book which read increases the heart rate of the people who stop and read the book
